Sketchbook.‘Sketchbook is a response to uncertainty in design and obsolence of creative ideas.’  Design serves as the visual language and physical manifestation of an evolving graphic and typographic tradition. The pieces exemplifies a narrative of traditional printmaking, rather than a computerised aesthetic.

The narrative weaves an expressive depth with whimsical humour, creating a complex relationship between fiction and truth, specific and general, real and imagined. These were achieved through mixing a wistfully kinetic graphic and typography.
The design approach is entirely handmade and sketched through a machine, incorporating an innovative approach to art and design. The typography serves as an abstract compositional feature, creating a symmetrical balance of form and colour.
The ideas and graphic elements are intentionally built and designed, but are meant to be discarded and replaced with a more up-to-date concepts and designs. After all, design is a process, and designers often experiment to create design solutions.

The mixed media pieces, combined with random objects, create unsatisfactory or uncertain visuals. This is because design is as much about finding problems as it is about solving them.

The Light Bulb Project. ‘A sustainable packaging designed from scratch, featuring used fabrics inspired by guitar strings.’The design approach is crafted to evoke a specific perception of the product, not just its appearance, but also its tactile experience and even the sound it makes.
PrismEdge. The work is a study of the framing technique and the use of images, words and context.’
The information is presented in a way to emphasise the positive and negative space. While the brandmark is conflicted with multiple image frames; through a high contrast and saturation to neutralise the overall visual elements.

The emphasis is within the small lines and details of the brandmark which becomes more visible when placed on top of an high contrasting images.
The piece also contain self-produced images combined from eye level shots produced with a repetitive viewpoint. An effective application of colour and clashing elements; creating a more readable typeface even in small scale ratio.
In result, it creates a symmetrical emphasis when the images are shot with an unrestricted perspective but cropped to the point of interest with mathematical precision to fit in a square sized layout.

Artbook / S. Wonder.  An exploration of the conceptual analysis of movement, dissecting its visual forms and incorporating the context of artistry and works of the artist.’
The movement and pace of the whole publication relies on the traditional restriction of alignment, layout and typesetting rather than progressive and experimental.

These visual treatments established a continuous direction for the elements in the publication, which was further enhanced by a neutral, classic tone and a restricted colour palette.
The pages’ composition required a minimalist aesthetic, complemented by a unified alignment for the photocomposition; and a visual space between the information and the images.
The individuality of the artists’ and the personality of the graphic treatment is achieved through tonal colours and photocomposition—creating a visually pleasing combination of simplicity and continuity.
Design in Motion. The context of where colour is not always what it seems is also utilised. This takes advantage of the RGB scheme’s colour information to visually communicate a sense of movement and unpredictability.’
The original images and footages undergo dramatic filtering techniques to produce a wide range of effects and corrections, resulting in a more dramatic visual style.
Simulation techniques are also used to ensure that the final result is unrecognisable from the original images and footage. The process involves combining images and text to create a dynamism in the footage, attracting the viewer’s  attention and potentially eliciting an emotional response.
The letterforms are treated without a grid or alignment rules, as if they move freely. Or a sense of unrestricted movement of the letterforms.
